For many years, footballers across all codes were asking ASICS for a screw in football boot with a 6 studded forefoot design. The result is the new Lethal Warno. This boot essentially takes the image of the Lethal DS, but includes a 6 studded front that evenly spreads loads across the forefoot and delivers superior traction.
The Lethal Warno ST carries the proven performance enhancing technology of ASICS’ HG10mm which raises the heel of the player to increase lower limb efficiency and reduce the stress placed on the musculotendinous structures of the lower limb. Along with biomechanical benefits, this boot also targets player comfort, which to date has not been a consideration for rugby boots of this type. The upper is soft synthetic leather with Kangaroo leather in the vamp. This is coupled with a removable moulded sockliner to give a super comfortable feel inside the shoe. So here it is – a boot specifically designed for Rugby players, as opposed to something that has been taken directly from the soccer fields!
