Procedure for Returning Goods
If you receive goods that you find to be faulty you must notify The Runners Shop, Randwick. You will need to provide:
- your name
- your order number
- daytime phone number or email address
- a brief description of the fault with the goods
Faulty goods should be returned to the Runners Shop, Randwick, they will then forward faulty goods to the manafacturers. This usually takes approximately 10 working days to process from the date of receipt of goods by The Runners Shop, Randwick, (exceptions to this may occur from time to time). When we have received notification of the status of your return, we will contact you via phone or email.
If the goods are found to be faulty they will either be repaired by the manufacturer or you will be provided with a replacement item free of charge. You will not incur any charge for the delivery of these items to you and we will refund any return postage costs incurred whilst returning faulty goods to the Runners Shop.
If the goods are found not to be faulty, you will be contacted and informed of the manufacturers decision. You will incur the cost of both the pick up of the goods and the return to you by courier.
Return of Non-Faulty Goods
Goods that are not faulty can also be exchanged. You must notify The Runners Shop, Randwick, within 14 days of purchase. You will need to provide:
- your name
- your order number
- daytime phone number or email address
- a brief reason for the exchange of the non-faulty items
The goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Goods that are returned after use will not be exchanged or refunded. If a replacement item is available, it will be sent out to you and you will incur the additional freight cost.
